We buy homes to keep and care for.
Broad Property is run by a local family. We're based in the North West, and we buy houses, flats and mixed-use property directly from homeowners and landlords. We're the actual buyer, not a cash-buying company or a middleman passing your details on.
We buy homes, including properties that need work, put them right and provide good accommodation for local people. We keep most properties in our own long-term portfolio and manage them ourselves, so how we look after them matters to us.
For us, it starts with a conversation. We'll listen to what you need, explain what we can offer and be honest if an open-market sale would suit you better. We also work with housing providers, local businesses, private investors and developers.
