Broad Property is a family-owned investment company with a growing and varied portfolio across the North West. We’re proud to own and manage a broad mix of residential and commercial properties, with many of our homes lived in by private families and long-standing housing providers.

At the heart of what we do is a simple approach—look after people and invest in places that matter. We’ve built strong, lasting relationships with our tenants over the years, and many have been with us for a long time, which is exactly how we like it.

We purchase properties quickly—often within 7 days—using our own cash reserves and our access to pre-agreed loan facilities. Whether it’s a straightforward sale or something more complex, we aim to make the process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved.

A large portion of our portfolio consists of residential units—occupied by a mix of private families and housing providers.
